Star 10 Phase 2 Liquid is a specially designed product that acts as a "wash" to Star 10 Phase 1 Paste. All of the left over bits of paint and residue that didn't get stripped off the first time are simply wiped away when using the Star 10 Phase 2 Liquid stripper.
